We talk to animals

We talk to the animals, to the birds, plants, to our vehicles, to the Mountain and thank goodness to each other. At some point we all do. Life here seems to demand it. We are all in this together. When there is a storm the birds sit on the window sill demanding we do our part and give them food to warm their tiny bodies, the buffalo come down from the timbered hills, watching the horizon for the feed truck with hay. The horses the same. Everyone dives into the day, full of interaction and conversations, never thinking not to. There is no division of who we are only that we all ‘are’. This feeling of togetherness, all experiencing the same cold, deep snow and desire to come together to make it better. There is such a contentment watching their contentment, watching the young ones chase each other in the snow. There are no thoughts of who is talking to who…we all are, it’s why we know what to do, when to do it and if our choices are good for everyone.
This is what we choose for the whole of our family around the world. We are all in this together. This is why people come here, follow what we are doing and many get to walk these hills, feed these birds, watch the brilliant sunsets and in the quiet they hear their own thoughts and feelings, wanting what everyone wants, to matter, to be seen, heard and come to a greater understanding of who they are and their part, their ‘important’ part in this home and family of Earth and Humanity.
